For the same reason it took me until I was waiting in line at the post office to realize I had my slippers on. Talk about getting the looks! Homer Simpson was a good conversation starter that day.
Teeth, I can deal with, as God made Altoids. But forgetting my deoderant -- ugh.
I once had a production office inside a bank. 24 hour guard at the door. As I raced into the office at 6 one morning, the normally friendly guard looked at me kinda funny. It gave me the impression he thought I would rob the place! Puzzled, I paused at my door and fumbled with my keys in the lock. As they turned, I looked up and saw my reflection in the glass.
My head was wrapped in a towel from washing my hair that morning. I really had no idea.
